It is intended to help ensure that both PopBoard NRW employees and everyone who comes into contact with the PopBoard NRW feel safe and protected. The Code of Conduct is intended to help reflect the work and impact of the PopBoard NRW in a way that is critical of discrimination and to raise awareness of diversity.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The guidelines were developed in a collaborative process in which the stakeholders and employees of the PopBoard NRW actively participated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, this is only a first step.
