The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for the PopBoard NRW – internally and externally. It is intended to help ensure that both PopBoard NRW employees and everyone who comes into contact with the PopBoard NRW feel safe and protected. The Code of Conduct is intended to help reflect the work and impact of the PopBoard NRW in a way that is critical of discrimination and to raise awareness of diversity.

The guidelines were developed in a collaborative process in which the stakeholders and employees of the PopBoard NRW actively participated.

However, this is only a first step. In a constant process, the guidelines developed here will be reflected, expanded and adapted to social discourse.
