In cooperation with the Barrier-free Celebrations Initiative we started in May 2024 under the title Pop – inclusive & barrier-free with our advisory service on barrier-free event planning and inclusive cultural work for pop culture actors from NRW and can also offer you new dates for 2025.
Would you like to make your events more inclusive and accessible? But don’t know where and how to start? Are you already in the process of making your events, concerts etc. accessible, but are stuck at a certain point? Would you like to discuss your plans and the implementation of accessibility measures with experts again? Then register for a free, individual consultation. Here you will receive individual advice from the experts of the Barrier-free Celebrations Initiative – no matter how far along you are or what previous knowledge you have.
► Consultation appointments take place online, last 90 minutes and are arranged on an individual basis.

The Initiative Barrierefrei Feiern is a nationwide collective of people with disabilities and their allies who campaign for barrier-free cultural events. The associated consulting agency WIR KÜMMERN UNS provides experts in their own right who advise and support event organizers, festivals, cultural institutions, municipalities, collectives, clubs and associations in the development of inclusive cultural strategies.
