Under the motto “Everything new – the Witten sustainability festival for a shared future”, the third sustainability kits forum will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024 in the Saalbau in Witten will take place. As part of hands-on activities, cultural performances, information stands, workshops and lectures, various sustainability actors will provide a broad overview of the existing and future commitment of Witten’s urban society to the topic of sustainability. In addition to many exciting program items, we can recommend two dates in particular, which will be implemented in cooperation with the PopBoard NRW:

3:30 p.m. | Workshop on Sustainability in cultural enterprises
with Moritz Swars (environmental scientist / head of the “Future Celebrations” project in Cologne)

5:45 p.m. | Keynote speech on the “Handbook of sustainability in pop music” project
with Marco Hussels (project manager of the working group Sustainability in Pop Culture)
